Complaint

If an article, exceptionally, does not correspond to the high quality standards of our society, of course you have the opportunity to present the complaint within the warranty periods provided by law. This also applies to the low profile items. Reference is made to what is stated in the General Conditions. You are requested to send the goods subject of the claim, with a brief explanation and an indication of your bank details to the following address:

This will not entail any cost to you – you can send the goods with the carrier you prefer. For technical questions you can not handle the complaint within our shop.
